Last week, we celebrated a remarkable milestone as we honored the retirement of our own Lynn Schoen.

Lynn joined Frana in 1978—just one year after the company was founded—and has been an integral part of our accounting and payroll team ever since. That's 48 years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to helping our company grow and succeed.

Lynn, thank you for the countless ways you've contributed to our mission over nearly five decades. Your impact on Frana is immeasurable, and your presence will be greatly missed.

Progress is happening on all fronts at Estoria Oak Marsh!

The Zone 2 roof is underway, siding and rock face installation continue, and utility rough-ins are being completed throughout the building. Inside, crews are installing sound mat and insulation while advancing gypboard, sound channel, and soffit work. Outside, site utilities and grading are also moving forward as the project continues to take shape.

Every week brings another step closer to the finish line!
