Culvert pipe we replaced on a dam at Harrison Lake. Company who did sewer many years ago did a shotty repair (They cut a bucket and used for a coupler). Water was blowing out of the ground when it rained. Replaced with new 12 inch pipe, installed topsoil, seed, and straw mat.

Romine Excavating is hiring for a laborer and operator positions. Must be able to run a shovel if needed. Everyone chips in to help. Job responsibilities will be running equipment, laying pipe, shoveling, raking, equipment maintenance. Must have a driver's license and be dependable. No instagram or snapchat selfie junkies that can't stay off your phone. Pay starts at $20 hr or more with experience. Average 40-45 hrs per week. Paid holidays and 1 week vacation after 90 days. Retaining wall failure we rebuilt. We removed all block to reuse, poured a concrete footer, ran rebar horizontally and vertically to reinforce, glued and pinned blocks, and installed a drain. Wall was originally built with no footing or drainage which is a failure waiting to happen.
