Construction continues at Liva! 🚜

We’re proud to support Clear Mountain Properties on this multifamily development in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, bringing new residential opportunities to the Upstate.

Liva will feature 32 three-bedroom townhomes and five garden-style apartment buildings with 120 units. Residents will enjoy quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and community amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, bike barn, and public walking trails.

Progress is moving steadily forward at Colina Ridgewood, a new multifamily development by The Dobbins Group coming to New Port Richey, Florida. 🏗 Encompassing 247,000 square feet, the community will feature a mix of residential offerings, including six two-bedroom townhomes above 10,000 square feet of commercial space and four four-story apartment buildings with 224 units.

Once complete, Colina Ridgewood will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans featuring quartz countertops, walk-in closets in every bedroom, smart locks, stainless steel appliances, and glass walk-in shower enclosures.

A new multifamily community is coming to Centerton, Arkansas! 🏢

Capstone Building Corp. has officially begun construction on The Emerald, a multifamily apartment development that will encompass 312,414 square feet and offer 256 units across nine residential buildings, along with a dedicated clubhouse.

Developed by The Kalikow Group and EYC Companies, the community will feature elevated finishes and community-focused amenities, including a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, fire pits and gathering areas, and retail areas integrated within the apartment buildings. Interior residences will include luxury vinyl tile flooring, tiled kitchen backsplashes, tile tub and shower surrounds, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
