This project involved replacing an aging 3-tab roof that had two layers of shingles and extensive underlying damage.

After removing the existing roofing, we uncovered rotted decking, damaged rafters, and areas of deterioration in the attic ceiling.

Our team repaired the affected areas, replacing the damaged wood and restoring the roof structure to provide a solid foundation for the new roofing system.

We then installed a new GAF HDZ roofing system with upgraded synthetic underlayment, Ice & Water Shield, and a new ridge vent for added protection and proper ventilation.

The dormer trim was also replaced, giving the home a clean, finished appearance while helping protect these areas from future weather exposure.

The finished roof is protected by a GAF Silver Pledge Warranty, giving the homeowner added confidence in their investment.

We began by removing the existing roof and preparing the surface for the new roofing system. We also upgraded the ventilation by replacing one existing power vent with a newer, improved power vent and converting the second power vent to a solar-powered vent for efficient attic ventilation.

For added protection around the plumbing pe*******on, we installed a GAF Master Flow Pivot Pipe Boot, designed to provide a reliable weather-resistant seal.

This complete roofing system is covered by the GAF Golden Pledge Limited Warranty, giving the homeowner added confidence in the quality of the materials and installation.
