Last week, we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of Blair TALBOT Motors’ new facility in Dover, NH.

Designed and built by PROCON, the new facility expands Blair TALBOT Motors’ luxury and exotic automobile service and storage capabilities with expanded service bays, vehicle storage, and customizable private garages.

The celebration brought together clients, business partners, community leaders, automotive enthusiasts, and members of the PROCON team for facility tours, live music, speeches, and an impressive collection of Porsche, Ferrari, and other classic automobiles.

Take a look at the Merrimack College Lecture Hall — a 19,205 SF, two-story building designed to create a dynamic environment for learning and collaboration.

The space features five tiered lecture rooms with seating capacities ranging from 120 to 230, along with breakout seating areas and expansive glass windows that bring natural light throughout the building.

We’re proud to have a long-standing partnership with Merrimack College and create spaces to enhance the academic experience.

Our internship program gives students the chance to explore their interests, develop their skills, build connections, and learn more about the many career paths within our industry.

Progress is continuing at Marlo on Mill Pond in Portsmouth’s West End.

The first phase of the 151-unit waterfront community is scheduled to open this fall, with the remaining phases expected to follow this winter and early spring. As design-builder, PROCON is working alongside developers Cathartes and Tidemark to bring the three-building development to completion. In addition to the residences and shared amenity spaces, the project includes the North Mill Pond Greenway Trail, which will provide new public access along the waterfront.

We’re looking forward to reaching the Phase 1 milestone and continuing the work ahead.
