🎉 THE BIG 5-0! Happy Birthday, Jeff! 🎉

Today is a pretty special day here at Custom Decks by Shatmire…

Jeff is officially 50! 🎂🎉

If you’ve had the pleasure of working with us, you already know Jeff is not the kind of owner who stands on the sidelines. He’s on every job, doing the physical work, solving problems, obsessing over the details, and making sure every project is something he’s proud to put our name on.

He has spent decades perfecting his craft, and this business simply wouldn’t be what it is today without his hard work, knowledge, determination, and high standards.

But beyond the business, he’s my husband, my partner in everything, and an amazing dad. We’ve built a business, raised an amazing daughter, and created a pretty great life together — and somehow we still choose to spend our evenings together after working side by side all day. 😂❤️

I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve built together and even more grateful for the life we have outside of work.

So please help me wish Jeff a VERY Happy 50th Birthday! 🎂🎉

When you think your frame is in good shape but the ledger attachment to the house is not. Please be cautious when you are even thinking about reusing a frame. ⚠️.

Just wrapped up this classy deck in concord! The old deck was waterlogged and rotted. Homeowners can now rest easy with there new solid PWT frame all sitting on helical piles installed by Helical Piles of NH . We created a useable space underneath with trex rainescape. All decking and rails are Deckorators. Accompanied by Tru-Scapes Outdoor Lighting for a fine finish! Everything is wrapped in pvc with a finished ceiling underneath with soffit lights installed by the wonderful Statewide Electrical Solutions, LLC. Ready to be enjoyed top and bottom for years to come!

But what about the big rock ? When blowing it up or moving it is not an option. You use it as a design feature.
We will just cut the decking for the waterfall and stair tread around it.
