⚡ THAT'S A WRAP AT RIDGE RTC! ⚡

What started with exposed framing, boxes, wiring, and electrical rough-in has officially become a finished facility — and we're excited to share the final results from Ridge RTC in Milton, NH!

🏢The building is looking great inside and out.
💡 The lights are on.
🚪 Exit and emergency equipment is in place.
⚡ The electrical finish work has come together.

We've shared the progress of this project week by week, and it's incredibly rewarding to finally see all of that behind-the-walls work come together in the finished spaces you see today.

Thank you to Triple Construction, our Oak Ridge Electrical crew, and all the trades who worked together to bring this project across the finish line.

⚡🎉 AND THAT’S A WRAP ON BUILDING #87!

Remember that loading dock we were waiting on in our last update? It’s done, the lights are on, and this project is officially complete! 💡🙌

The newly completed dock area is now illuminated and ready to go, putting the finishing touch on months of electrical work throughout the facility.

From lighting up the massive warehouse interior to the exterior, loading areas, and all the electrical work behind the scenes, it’s pretty awesome seeing Building #87 fully powered up and being put to use. ⚡

Huge thanks to STIL-MAC DEVELOPERS and everyone who had a hand in bringing this project across the finish line.

We're excited to share that Oak Ridge Electrical has been selected to perform the APS, Duress & Fire Alarm Upgrade at the New Hampshire State Hospital in Concord, NH!

Construction is scheduled to begin during the first week of August 2026, and our team will be working with Triple Construction to upgrade critical life safety and security systems throughout the facility.

This project includes improvements to the:
⚡ Assault Prevention System (APS)
🚨 Duress Alarm System
🔥 Fire Alarm System

We're grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a project that helps enhance the safety and security of an important public healthcare facility serving our community.

The finish line is getting closer! ⚡🏡

This week at Ridge RTC, the project is starting to feel like a completed building. Freshly painted walls, bright recessed lighting, and ongoing finish work are bringing each room to life.

It's rewarding to see months of planning, rough-in work, and behind-the-scenes electrical installations now powering clean, finished spaces that future occupants will enjoy every day.

A big thank you to everyone working together to keep this project moving forward. We're excited to share even more progress in the weeks ahead!

⚡ Another Major Milestone!

Building #87 has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.)! 🎉

The warehouse is now fully illuminated, electrical systems are energized, and the project has reached another exciting milestone.
The final remaining item is construction of the loading dock before the project reaches 100% completion.

These photos highlight the progress throughout the building—from bright warehouse lighting and clean conduit installations to the mechanical systems working behind the scenes to keep everything running efficiently.

It's rewarding to see months of planning, craftsmanship, and teamwork come together into a completed facility.

It's always exciting when a project starts looking like the finished vision. ⚡🏗️

The hallways and rooms at Ridge RTC are beginning to come to life with completed drywall and energized recessed lighting. What was once open framing and wiring is now becoming bright, functional spaces ready for the next phase of construction.

Our team takes pride in building the electrical systems that keep these facilities running safely and reliably, long after the walls are closed up.

More progress to come as we continue moving this project toward the finish line!

Another exciting milestone at Granite State Industrial Center – Building #87! ⚡🏗️

The warehouse is really starting to come together! With the high-bay lighting energized, overhead electrical systems installed, and loading bay areas taking shape, it's exciting to see this massive space transform into a fully functional facility.

Our latest photos also capture our crew hard at work on-site, putting the finishing touches on the electrical systems that will power the building for years to come. It's always rewarding to see months of planning and craftsmanship come together.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from all of us at Oak Ridge Electrical! ⚡

Today we're trading hard hats for hamburgers 🍔, job sites for backyard BBQs 🌭, and conduit for fireworks. 🎆

A different view of Building #87 👀

The outside of the building may look finished, but there's still a lot happening inside.

Our team is continuing electrical rough-in work throughout the warehouse as the space starts looking more and more like the finished product.

The size of this building is impressive in person!
