Granbury Cedar Elm structural reduction. This Cedar Elm recently had a large limb tear out, off the main trunk, which crushed the fence. To prevent future tear outs, we reduced the tip weight, off all major limbs. We also, removed as much mistletoe we could this time of year. Removing mistletoe is best preformed in late fall or winter once the trees have shed their leaves.
Ultimately, we removed a few thousand pounds off of the tree.
