Ginop sales asked me to come up for a photo shoot for our latest Kubota purchase. 27 years in business and 24 years buying Kubotas from John Hinkle and Ginop sales. It’s been an excellent relationship over the years. Ive lost count of how many we have purchased over the years. I took Aiden with me to meet John. I was 14 in the first picture bringing home my first Kubota. My Grandpa John drove me up to buy it and we hauled it home behind Holly Zirkel purple minivan. Here’s to many more years!

We are looking to add a residential project foreman. We do a wide range of residential projects, largely new construction of single family homes. Typical jobs may include demolition of an existing home, land clearing, excavation for new foundations or additions, backfilling compacting and grading, septic systems, driveways and final grading/restoration. Crew’s are typically 2 people the foreman and second person along with truck drivers and laborers as needed. We focus on the best product we can provide for our customers safely and efficiently. This is a skilled position candidates need to be proficient in operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders. Need to be able to read prints, manage a small crew, communicate effectively with the customer, the crew and our office. We are looking to add a commercial project foreman. Our work typically is site development, demolition, clearing, grading, infrastructure such as water sewer and storm, footing excavation backfill and grading, parking lot construction and restoration. We do private, municipal and small state projects ranging from private roads to multi family site developments, parks trails and commercial building construction. This would be a skilled position, candidates will need the ability to run a small crew 2-5 people, read prints, communicate with our project managers, the crews and the customers. Maintain a safe and clean job site focusing on maintaining schedules and a quality product for our customers. Our typical crews consist of the foreman as the lead operator. We are looking for a cdl A driver experience and clean driving record is a must. Job would involve dump truck and tag trailer. Heavy hauling with low boy, lead and gravel train hauling experience is a hige plus. We are a small company so we all fill many roles. Other tasks could include equipment operating, and helping crews on jobs from time to time. We offer full benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid vacation, sick and holiday pay. We are looking to hire a grade foreman. Jobs would include road grading, road, driveway, parking lot construction. Sub grade and aggregate base installation. Fine grading to pave. Gps operation experience is a major plus but training can be provided. There would be a variety of job types from small residential to large commercial projects. Typically solo or with a laborer. Dozer, skid steer grader and motor grader experience is a must. This is a highly skilled position for someone with the eye and ability to fine grade.
