Progress is in the details. Backing, insulation, soffit framing, and drywall top-out are moving the B50 VA renovation forward in Tucson, AZ.

Progress continues on the west side. Z-metal framing, pe*******on caulking, insulation, and flashing are moving forward as each layer comes together.

Door 1 is officially up and running. 👏

From the electrical material run to installing the hood covers on Doors 1 & 2, control panels, and photo eyes across the doors, this phase was all about getting the details right before testing.

Best part? Door 1 is complete and operating properly.

What’s more satisfying to see on a jobsite: the finished install or watching everything operate exactly the way it should?

Progress is taking shape from the corridor walls to the overhead soffits.

Crews are framing the opening at Corridor C13, installing plywood at the reception soffit, hanging drywall around the nurse station for the hard lid ceiling, and setting kickers to support the soffit framing. Another solid step forward as the interior buildout comes together.

Framing progress continues at the Honolulu Regional Kitchen – Oahu Site. Resilient channels are complete, fire-rated plywood backing is in place for the break room cabinets, bathroom chase wall bridging is finished, and interior wall bridging and framing punch work continue to move toward completion.

From mobilization to demo, our crew hit the ground running in Maui. After flying in, picking up materials from Young Brothers, and handling a trouble call at the T-hangars, we moved into the ARFF station work.

Old roll-up doors are down, site is cleaned up, and installation is underway with guides and headers being set for the new doors.

Steady progress. Clean ex*****on. Ready for the next phase.

Our team continued sheetrock, plywood hanging, second coat mud work, fire prep, insulation, HM door delivery, and inspection coordination across multiple areas of the site.

Progress you can see, Standards you can trust.
