Armstrong Builders is looking for experienced construction professionals ready to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Both positions are full-time and offer $120,000–$140,000/year, a company vehicle and gas card, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and PTO.

Candidates should have at least seven years of construction project engineering and/or project management experience. Hawaiʻi construction experience is preferred.

Success isn't measured by taking on bigger projects. It's measured by doing them exceptionally well.

By the 2010s, Armstrong Builders had proven it could deliver projects at every scale. The next chapter was about refinement, approaching increasingly complex work with precision, discipline, and confidence.

Projects like Kohanaiki and Makaliʻi at Wailea challenged every part of the construction process. Luxury homes built on lava fields, intricate architectural details, and exacting client expectations left little room for error. Growth isn't just about taking bigger projects. It's about building a stronger company.

As Armstrong Builders expanded into condominium and resort development, the team refined the way design and construction worked together. That collaboration helped support increasingly complex projects while maintaining the attention to detail clients had come to expect.

When the 2008 financial crisis slowed development across Hawai‘i, Armstrong adapted once again. By shifting focus to Department of Hawaiian Home Lands communities, commercial projects, and renovations, the company continued moving forward without losing sight of its people or its values.

By the end of the decade, Armstrong Builders had proven that steady leadership, trusted relationships, and the ability to adapt could carry the company through both opportunity and uncertainty, preparing it for the decades that followed.
