At Marine Surf Waikiki, a successful restoration meant more than completing concrete repairs, painting, and waterproofing—it meant protecting a 230-unit community while keeping its board and residents informed every step of the way.
 
General Manager Todd Hiwatashi shared that what stood out most was our team’s professionalism from responding after hours and securing the property during poor weather to providing clear, consistent communication throughout the project.

Safety training gives our team the knowledge and confidence to understand the equipment they’ll be using in the field.

Here, our team gets a hands-on demonstration of proper harness use during a recent OSHA class hosted right at our office.

Word travels fast on the golf course... especially when everyone is driving away in a custom airbrushed bucket hat. 🧢⛳

This year's BOMA Hawai'i Golf Tournament theme was "Party Like It's 1999," and Hole 16 quickly became the place to stop. We kept golfers refreshed with cold drinks while they created one-of-a-kind airbrushed bucket hats.

Our favorite part? Watching golfers create hats for the people they love. Kids, spouses, grandkids, and friends. Every design meant something. 💙

Mahalo to Rocky and the talented artists at Airbrush Hawaii for bringing every idea to life. Your creativity, kindness, and incredible talent made this activation one to remember.
