Local General Contracting Company is looking to hire an Admin Assistant to assist with day to day responsibilities of the Managing Partner.

Requires computer experience. MS Office and Google Docs a plus.

Must be able to self organize, work independently and communicate with others on our team.

Will be responsible for schedule management for the Managing Partner and Assisting with general Administration duties.

*General Building: Framing, siding, sub-floor , residential remodeling - demo, *Constructing and setting up the form work for placement of concrete
*Perform basic carpentry
*Assembles column or wall form work (all types: Gang forms, Stick build, Slip *Plan, lay-out, and use appropriate hand and power tools to construct various projects according to specifications.
*Cut lumber to specified lengths as directed
*Project Roll Out and Clean up
*Read a level
*Operate a Nail Gun
*Follow jobsite safety regulations and keep your work area safe and clean. *Identify potential safety hazards. Eliminate or minimized all identified hazards
*Strictly adhere to and effectively follow all safety and environmental rules and guidelines
