Here’s some of what we’ve been up to lately. Took a 3rd floor attic space and turned it into a livable space (including 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a sitting area). Some drywall repair and painting of a beautiful historic home in Honesdale. Another exterior door replaced on Elk Lake. A porch painting project with new trim added in the peak. There’s been much more, but unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. Busy, busy, busy. If you’re thinking about having work done, call now and get on the schedule. Things are filling up and we are into the fall with scheduling.

The past 12 days or so (no weekends) has been physically demanding/exhausting to say the least! Complete tear down and rebuild of this deck (12’x36’ and 12 feet off the ground). Also, had to repair some unforeseen rot/bug damage before we could continue. Cold weather, warm weather, and everything in between. But, we got it done!! A great big “Thank you!” to the following: Eric Peoples for drawing the design and making sure it would meet the latest code requirements, Sheldon’s Landscaping for helping with demo and installation of the new piers. Beau Freiermuth for giving us a few days of your knowledge and muscle power, Scott Pennay for a few days of labor help, and Jay Schwartz of JLS Home Improvements for all your hard work and attention to detail in helping see this come to fruition!
