3 signs your roof might need a look (before it leaks)

As local roofers, we get asked a lot about what homeowners should actually look for. You don’t need to climb a sketchy ladder to spot trouble. Keep an eye out for these three things from the ground:

1. Dark streaks or bald patches on the shingles (losing granules).
2. Lifted or curling edges—especially on the side facing the afternoon sun.
3. Daylight or sagging visible in the attic.
