We're growing - and looking for our next Project Manager!

At ELM, "good enough" has never been good enough. Our clients trust us with their homes and their vision, and we need a PM who takes that as seriously as we do - someone who can help estimate accurately, run a job with real ownership, and communicate like a pro with clients, subs, and our team alike.
If you know high-end residential construction and want to build something you're proud of, this could be your next move.

Every job we take on comes down to the team behind it - and this week we got to celebrate one of our own. Erin Leist, one of our designers, is getting married soon, and the ELM team threw her a proper wedding shower right here at the office. Chicken salad sandwiches, cupcakes, and a lot of laughs. Congratulations, Erin - we can't wait to celebrate with you! 🥂
