Hi neighbors,
Following the recent severe storms, the Utermark & Sons crew is prioritizing emergency storm cleanup and hazard removal throughout the community.
Because of this urgent work, our regular lawn-care schedule is running behind. We appreciate your patience while we work our way back to our normal routes.
How You Can Help Us (If Safe):
• Clear small sticks, toys, hoses, and furniture from lawn areas.
• Give soggy areas time to dry. Avoid unnecessary foot or equipment traffic on saturated turf, which can compact the soil and create ruts.
• Leave heavy limbs, major pruning, and any work near power lines to professionals.
Most importantly, please put safety ahead of the yard. Grass can wait. If you see downed or low-hanging power lines, unstable trees, or large hanging limbs, keep your distance and contact the appropriate utility or tree-care professional.
Utermark & Sons is a family business, and this is our community too. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors helping neighbors over the last few days, and we’re proud to be one small part of getting things cleaned up and back to normal
