Cue the fireworks, fire up the grill, and get ready for a steamy holiday weekend!

However you’re celebrating the Fourth of July, we hope it’s filled with great food, good company, and a comfortable home.

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of the holiday.
We are available for emergency service Friday the 3rd through Sunday the 5th, and our friendly answering service will take any messages you need to relay.
Otherwise, we will be back as usual on Monday, ready to help.

We're in the soup this week, and your HVAC system is going to be working its hardest to keep your home comfortable.

Remember that your home is dehumidified by your evaporator coil, which is generally situated above your furnace.
A few tips to help your coil do its job:

Be sure your air filter is clean - a clogged filter can freeze your evaporator coil and stop your system in its tracks.

Be sure your evaporator coil is clean - a dirty coil can significantly reduce its ability to remove moisture from the air.
