⚠️ THIS DECK WAS A MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD ⚠️
At first glance, this looked like an old deck that needed a few repairs. Once we started removing decking boards, we discovered extensive rot throughout the structure, including multiple compromised joists and framing members.
To make matters worse, the entire area around the deck had become overgrown with brush, vines, w**ds, and years of accumulated debris.
Our crew completely cleaned up the property, removed the overgrowth, tore out all rotten materials, repaired and reinforced the framing, and installed brand-new pressure-treated decking to restore the deck back to a safe and usable condition.

✅ Demolished and hauled off rotten decking
✅ Repaired damaged framing and joists
✅ Installed new pressure-treated decking
✅ Restored safety and appearance of the entire area

BEFORE & AFTER LANDSCAPE TRANSFORMATION ✨
This poolside area was overrun with crabgrass and w**ds, making the landscape look messy and hard to maintain.
Our team removed all unwanted growth, excavated the bed deep enough for the stone to sit flush with the concrete, installed landscape fabric, and finished it off with beautiful 2"–5" river rock for a clean, low-maintenance look.
The end result is a sharp border, improved drainage, and a much more polished appearance around the pool area.

A single tree turned this building into a pile of twisted metal and broken lumber.
Thankfully nobody was injured.
Our team safely removed the fallen tree and cleaned up the property so the customer could move forward with repairs. While we were on site, we also removed two smaller cherry trees that were severely rotten and showing significant decay. Both trees were threatening another nearby structure and posed a serious safety risk if left standing.
Sometimes the damage you can see isn't nearly as dangerous as the damage hidden inside the tree.
