Popping pills has become the normal solution for discomfort, but have we thought about why there is discomfort? We ignore it until it is too uncomfortable, and then we take pills to mask it. After all, we like comfort.

What if this is our body's reaction to constant stress, malnutrition, and too much sitting? Where is our rest (sleep) and re creation? God tells us to rest one day and work six. He also gave us a "lights out" every day (that many people ignore).

What if we went back to God's schedule? Work, then rest. Taking time to refocus weekly.

What if we went back to eating what God made for food-no "food engineers" necessary!
