We wanted to share some pictures of a house we are completing near the McLouth area. It was a large project and could not have been possible without our great team of contractors who worked very hard to make it happen. We thank them very much!

I also wanted to share that recently Janice surprised me with an amazing Birthday gift. I have shared his work before but I just had to share this one. Janice got with Gerald Copeland and expressed to him that I would tell her how over the years , very often when I was thinking about a lost loved one while being outside, a Red Cardinal would very often appear up in a tree singing away .. well she asked him to carve one ..

He never had carved a bird before he said . He researched how to do it. So this is his first attempt.. I would say he nailed it. It’s quite remarkable. Thank you Gerald for this amazing gift.

We wanted to share some pictures of a house that we are finishing near Sabetha Ks that we built for a great family. It was a fun project and could not have been possible without all the great contractors that work with us to help make a dream become a reality. Big thank you to all of them!

We also wanted to share some pictures of our local Jackson County Parade as it’s always a fun event.

Recently a great couple near Mayetta reached out to see if their grandson visiting from Greece could job shadow me working. My initial thought was..I just don’t have time for this right now… but after a day or so my heart softened a bit and I said yes and I am glad I did. I met a great young 15 year old who was a hard worker.

David Souldatos from the town of Thessaloniky told me about life in Greece where houses are mostly built out of concrete, Central Air isn’t a thing, they use window units. He loves to hang with his friends, go to an escape room with his buddies. Go to the beach . He started playing the Violin at 4 years old. His music teacher is from Albania and is very strict!:) He loves a good hamburger and fries..We visited my buddy and Educator Rod Wittmer and crew at his work at Farmers State Bank for some good advice..🙂

At the end of the day, he actually was the teacher that day and made me realize that a young man that lives across the world that on the surface may seem so different, But in reality is actually the same in many ways as we are all on this World together.

We wanted to share that April 2026 marks our 32nd year anniversary in business . We work around many long standing businesses that are 2nd and 3rd generation businesses that have inspired us greatly.

We wanted to thank each and everyone of the great families and people we have been fortunate enough to work for building custom homes and projects. Thank you for choosing us for your project!

To build a home it takes around 25-30 or more Contractors and we feel that we have some of the Best Contractors around that work with us to help make dreams a reality. But what we like most is that they are truly good people that care about the customers and do their best. We thank you!

For fun we are sharing some pictures of custom homes we have framed and General Contracted over the years. The first 12 years or so cell phones weren’t a thing so the pictures are from the past 20 years or so.
The pictures reflect the great work that the Contractors who help us build custom homes do.

We hope to continue to provide a service to our community building custom homes and projects and having our family work for yours, because as you know. Your Home is where your Heart is..
