Answer: 3. Two owners and one shop manager. 😅

That’s the reality of small business life. Around here, job titles only mean so much. One minute you’re managing schedules, the next you’re troubleshooting equipment, sweeping floors, answering phones, loading cabinets, or figuring out how to keep production moving.
