⚡️🎓 Congratulations to Our Holstein Electric Apprentices! 🎓⚡️

After four years of hard work, long days, dedication, and hands-on learning, our apprentices have officially completed the Holstein Electric Apprenticeship Program and are now preparing to take their journeyman test! 👏🔧

We are incredibly proud of the commitment, growth, and determination each of them has shown throughout this journey. The electrical trade takes skill, discipline, and perseverance — and these apprentices have put in the work every step of the way.

Please join us in congratulating them as they take this next big step in their careers! ⚡️

Your future is bright, and we can’t wait to see all you accomplish. Good luck on your test — we know you’ll do great! 💡👏

We’ve got four control boxes ready to go. Two for high service pumps and two for well pumps and they’re looking great!

A huge shoutout to Haley, who has been putting in the time and hard work to get these built and ready. Her attention to detail and dedication really shows in these projects 👏

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and team member, Heidi. For over five years, she was a part of our work family — working alongside us across many of our businesses with dedication, care, and kindness.

Heidi was the kind of person who gave her all in everything she did — hardworking, dependable, and full of love for others. Her positive spirit touched everyone around her, and she will be deeply missed by all of us who had the privilege to know and work with her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time. We are so grateful for the many memories and years we shared together.

Rest in peace, Heidi — your light, laughter, and love will always remain a part of our team. 💛
