This front door replacement in Hopewell Junction completely transformed the look of this home. The new black door, crisp white trim, updated sidelights and hardware give the entryway a clean, timeless finish while still complementing the original brick.

This guest bath in Rhinebeck went from dated builder-basic to something you actually want to spend time in. Custom-painted vanity in a deep plum, brushed gold fixtures, floral accent wall, and marble tile underfoot. Every detail deliberate.

Same footprint. Completely different bathroom.

The before had a pedestal sink with nowhere to put anything, old floor tile, and zero warmth. The after has a built-in tub niche, a warm oak vanity with actual storage, brass fixtures, subway tile surround, and patterned grey floor tile that makes the whole room feel finished.

Small bathrooms don't need more square footage — they need better decisions.

This is what good tilework actually looks like up close.

Stacked vertical zellige-style tile, a built-in bench, white mosaic floor, and brass fixtures throughout — every detail considered. The variation in the tile gives it warmth without being busy.

Showers like this don’t happen by accident. They take a good plan, a skilled tile setter, and a client who knows what they want.

This morning we pulled the whole crew together for a company huddle — and this is pretty much what it looks like.
