Wes went out to help with an ongoing gutter issue and truly went above and beyond. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, identify what was causing the problem, make the necessary repairs, and walk the homeowner through what he found, what he did to fix it, and what to watch for moving forward.

“I built a house 2 years ago and have had a few issues with the gutter installation. These areas had to be revamped as they weren't done optimally. The original guy charged me to correct the areas each time. I had an ongoing issue with the downspout on one corner of my house. It was gushing water every time it rained and it was very stressful as it could have run into my basement. My cousin had work done on her house due to the fairly recent hailstorm and raved about Wes and Next Level Xteriors. I called and left a message Wednesday August 19th in the late afternoon and received a call back the next day. I explained to Wes it wasn't a big job, but he said he would be more than happy to come out and take a look. We set an appointment for Monday the 24th between 2 and 2:30. Wes arrived promptly between that window of time and proceeded to inspect the gutter system. He went right to work, moving the drain tile, putting silicone on the area that had been leaking, cut some of the drain tile so it looked nicer and inspected the rest of the system. He wouldn't take a penny from me. There are so many things that impressed me with this company and Wes. 1. The prompt call back 2. An appointment set within 2 days of my call 3. Wes's prompt arrival 4. The expertise Wes had in explaining what the issue was, what he did to fix it and what I should do going forward 5. No charge for his time or materials After building my house and enduring a lot of headaches, I know this company is an anomaly. It is hard to find honest, trustworthy, competent contractors in this day and age. Next Level Xteriors took customer service to the next level. Thank you!”
