New Jersey's warehouse market just posted its strongest quarter of occupancy growth since 2018.

Cushman & Wakefield's Q3 2026 numbers show 5 million sq ft of positive net absorption, 8.1 million sq ft of new leasing, and vacancy down to 8.5%. Another Friday look back! This project came together in several phases, and we’re proud to have supported the owner from planning through construction.

Phase 1 transformed an existing building into a new furniture store. As that work got underway, we began Phase 2, guiding the owner through the approval process for the rest of the site and coordinating with the civil engineer, architect, and consulting team to secure planning board approvals.

In Phase 3, we oversaw construction of new site improvements and ground-up buildings, along with renovations to the existing building. While onsite, we also completed a full-service restaurant build-out.

It was a rewarding project that brought together a wide range of work across the entire site.

A look back!

Today we highlight a multi-residential project we completed. This multi-building site was for a repeat client, adding 20 units per building and providing much-needed low-income housing units to the town

The rammed aggregate piers are complete, and the well points are working overtime as foundation work gets underway. Now the race is on to get out of the ground and install the parking lot’s base pavement before cold weather arrives.

Keeping the project on schedule takes careful planning and coordination. Over the next few weeks, our team will work closely with subcontractors through pull planning to make sure materials, crews, and equipment are ready when needed—and keep us on track to hit our targets.

Curbing and underground utility work are progressing at our self-storage project in Linden, NJ. With the site 85% complete, our team is focused on finishing the remaining underground work so paving can begin.

As winter approaches, getting the site work completed before the ground freezes is key to keeping the project on schedule.

Steel deliveries make for the best kind of morning!

Work is moving ahead at our Massachusetts site, and today’s early delivery marks an exciting milestone: the foundations and slabs are complete, and we’re getting ready to go vertical.

Site work is in full swing at our commercial truck dealership project in Central Jersey!

With more than 5,000 linear feet of pipe to install, our team is keeping the work moving. Getting the pipe in place will allow us to box out the site and install curbs before building construction begins—helping keep the site organized through the cold winter months.

Framing is underway at our office building project in Jackson, NJ!

After design updates and a few additional tenant fit-outs, the project is moving ahead. Our next milestone is to enclose the building and prepare for roofing—an important step to protect the site and keep work on track through the winter months.
