🚰 Shut-Off Valve & Hose Bib Installation in Boca Raton, FL 💧🛠️

Our team was called to a commercial facility in Boca Raton where the exterior hose bibs were causing ongoing leaks. Due to backflow and depressurization issues, whenever one hose bib was being used, it would trigger pressure fluctuations and cause leaks across the line. To fix the problem and give the client full control, we isolated the exterior supply lines with dedicated shut-off valves.

Here's what we did:
✅ Safely shut off the main water line and inspected the existing pipe setup
✅ Cut out the old, worn piping below the interior connection point
✅ Installed new copper piping with press fittings and heavy-duty shut-off valves
✅ Fully isolated the exterior hose bibs from the interior plumbing
✅ Tested for leaks, checked line pressure, and verified proper flow control—zero leaks!

The result? Total control over individual water lines, no more cross-line leaks, and reliable performance during daily operations.

Dealing with stubborn pipe leaks or improper line pressure? Installing dedicated isolation shut-off valves can save you time, stress, and costly water damage.

Laundry Sewer Drain Line Repair in Surfside, FL 🧺🛠️

Our team was called out to a home in Surfside where sewer odor was leaking out from behind a stackable washer and dryer setup. Upon closer assessment, we discovered the original setup lacked a proper P-trap and had an improperly positioned laundry box with a sharp 90 degree bend right out of the wall—leaving the system exposed directly to sewer gases and potential drainage backsplash issues.

Here's what we did:
✅Moved the stackable washer/dryer unit out of the way for safe, full access to the workspace.

✅Kept existing active water supply lines in place to avoid unnecessary pe*******on into the concrete walls.

✅Cored a 2-inch hole and routed a new 1.5-inch drain line at the correct, elevated height.

✅Installed a proper P-trap along with an external Studor vent to allow optimal air venting and prevent sewer gas backup.

✅Ran full drainage test loads to confirm quick, leak-free drainage, zero backsplash, and complete elimination of sewer smells.

The result? A properly vented, code-compliant laundry drain line that safely keeps sewer odors out of the home!
