Applicants must be able to install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures and control equipment with minimum oversight in compliance with the the National Electric Code. Applicants must also be able to inspect and troubleshoot components of electrical systems, complete work orders, record material used on jobs, run computer cables, connect computer jacks/plugs and test for adequate operation, and utilize wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals.
