Just finished another basement. Added 1,300 sq ft of livable space to this new home. At Tersigni And Sons Construction I pride my self in our ability to completely contour to the homeowners desires and budget. Every item that’s installed in our basements are 100% picked out by the homeowner, from wherever the homeowner desires, however much they desire to spend. I always include an initial “budget/allownace” price for every item based off our initial consultation. The end price is rarely, if ever at all, impacted from the original estimate unless the homeowners decide half way through they want to get something more ornate or elaborate. When it comes to communication, my phone is attached to my hand. During working hours, after working hours. I alway text, call, respond etc, within minutes of an inquiry about their project. I never leave homeowners in the dark, wondering what’s going on, not responding for days. It’s an instant two way communication. I don’t drowned them in contracts and sleight of hand wording to confuse them or complicate the process is starting. I’m one man. Father, husband, veteran. I pride my self in my integrity and ability to contour to homeowners need and budget. I go above and beyond. I don’t nickel and dime any changes. Unless thousands of dollars are at steak in which honestly sometimes I just wash out. People tell me I’m crazy for that. Some say I should be tracking every little expense to the penny.
