Getting some trail improvements done for the Holliston Rail Trail! Installed a new walking path and cleaned up the Cross St parking area.

This planting job was all about balance and longevity. Drainage pits were installed for the downspouts, and old garden beds were replaced with new lawn areas.

This 1730’s colonial property received a much needed drainage upgrade earlier this year.
Our customer was dealing with water issues in the basement.
We came out and assessed the problems and worked with them to design and implement an effective drainage system.
We are happy to say there hasn’t been any more water issues in the basement since the work was completed.

|Did you know we specialize in gravel driveway repairs/replacements?| No better way to start off the new year than with some traditional cobblestone work to act as curbing to separate the gravel driveway from the lawn area and to improve the storm water runoff from the driveway. This entire drive will be bordered in cobblestone and a fresh layer of stone will be installed come spring.

Here’s a small patio we completed a couple months back. This customer asked for a simple area to be constructed to use as storage underneath the deck. The existing grade needed to be built up a significant amount to level the area off. We compacted in small lifts and used geogrid fabric sandwiched between lifts for extra support. Sometimes complicated problems require simple solutions. Another job done right by ! Shout out to .j.coakley.landscape for the help!

A few before and after shots from this brush removal job from a couple months back. This commercial property had been neglected for some time. We are now providing this customer our monthly maintenance services to keep this property in top shape all year round!

Completed installing this small landing outside of this new addition. Foundation was drilled and dowels were installed to tie the new slab to the foundation. Concrete pavers were cut to size and used to cap and veneer over the slab. We used cobblestones to act as edging from the decorative stone to the lawn area.
