This swale was clogged solid and not draining. We overdug the area to remove the clogged soils and installed a heavy nonwoven geotextile fabric to ensure the dirt below the swale did not mix with the newly installed rip rap and clog it again. This will last for years to come!

The "looks good from my house" builder stuck again! In these pictures you can see that we tore out another one of his poorly constructed messes and installed a 4" sdr35 vented french drain and tied in the buried gutter downspouts, which actually drains the water from the parking lot!

We installed this SDR35 6" French drain with 80' of buried pipe to drain pooling water from parking lot runoff. We also installed buried gutter downspouts and tied them into the drain system. Fresh loam was installed and its ready for hydroseed!
