Next few days at the Cooper project in Holliday. We installed the track, set the flagstone coping, and got everything ready for a spray texture overlay. The flagstone coping is beautiful Shimmering Arkansas, a good looking rock with great colors and wide variation! More pictures to come!

Plumbing conversion on a renovation in Keller. We took out the old in-deck system and added a skimmer, returns, and an overflow. We’re also injecting the steps with expansion foam and doing an epoxy coating and adding LED lighting. More to come!

More of the Cooper project re-cap in Holliday:

The next few days were setting forms and steel and getting ready for concrete. We had some rain come in during the process and mess up some forms but we recovered with a little trimming and shaping. More to come!

Time to do a little social media catch up. Going to post a few in re-cap:

First few days at the Cooper project in Holliday. We removed some decking and coping and the plastic steps to make way for a huge tanning ledge and some vinyl covered steps and benches. We also added bubblers, new equipment, spray texture overlay, updated lighting and a deck addition. It’s been a fun project that’s almost complete now!
