All 29 units have officially sold and closed, and in true Bosgraaf fashion, we did it in record time. Every home was sold and closed in just one year!!!

This achievement is a testament to the hard work of our incredible team, thoughtfully designed homes, and a location that homeowners love. We couldn’t be more proud of what was accomplished at Shorewood Lane.
