Another deck wrapped up! This is the first deck I’ve used ground screws on, and will definitely be using them again on future jobs. It eliminates the need to pour concrete footings, and also means no wood underground.

My customers went with Deckorators summit cliffside decking, and a white Trex signature aluminum railing. I think it complements the house great.

I got the framing wrapped up today for this small but mighty 10’x20’ deck. It is nearly ground level, but has the same exact structure as I’d build a deck 8’ off the ground. It’s not going anywhere!

Framing inspection Monday, and then I will start on the Deckorators Cliffside summit decking.

I was able to get these porch columns wrapped up today, after a ton of rain the last week.

I used LP smart trim for the columns, Benjamin Moore Aura paint, and white Westbury C10 railings on each end.

Here’s a kitchen remodel I did a few years back!

Winter will be here before we know it, and I’m looking to get a few more kitchen projects lined up for the colder months.

I’ve been battling the rain the last few days but got these porch columns replaced, sanded and caulked. Hoping tomorrow is dry enough to get a few coats of paint on them.

I used 4x4s with stand off Simpson brackets, tap conned into the concrete, and finished them in LP smart trim.

After I paint, I will be installing white westbury c10 railings on each end to wrap this job up.

Replaced these failing columns with new 4x4s and used versatex pvc material so they can never rot again. I also replaced a couple rotted out corners with new LP smart trim.

Here’s a 12x20 deck tear down and rebuild I completed today!

I used standard pressure treating decking, with a black powder coated aluminum railing. This is the perfect middle ground for customers wanting a nice deck without maxing out the budget.

I upgraded the framing to 2x12s, used 6x6 posts, a double 2x12 beam, and made the stairs 5’ wide. The deck is the same layout, but looks and feels more substantial.

I may have time to squeeze one more deck in this season, reach out for a consultation!

Good progress this week getting the old deck torn out and this one framed! I should be able to wrap up framing Monday, and starting decking on Tuesday.

Finished up this full kitchen remodel! Scroll through to see the before and afters.

We kept the layout mostly the same but completely updated the look with new cabinets to the ceiling, countertops, backsplash, appliances, lighting, and all the finishing details.

It’s crazy how much brighter and bigger the same space can feel with the right updates. Really happy with how this one came together.

Had fun today getting this kitchen a little closer. I wrapped up the island, and did crown + toekick and shoe.

I didn’t have any plans to work off of for the island, but I think it came out pretty sweet!
