We finally found one in the wild! 🦄

The elusive unicorn of refrigerant leaks!

This is a leak that forms inside of a pressure switch and slowly works its way out through the electrical wires connected to the switch itself.
This is the kind of leak we’ve always joked about — but could never actually prove.

Derek and Danny finally found one and now we have proof that it’s not just an HVAC myth ❄️

This customer called us wanting to get their boiler venting repaired before winter came—and good thing they did!
This venting probably wouldn’t have made it through another season. Just looking at it the wrong way was enough to make it crumble right in your hands. 😳

Now it’s repaired, safe, and ready for another Michigan winter! ❄️💪

When air gets into the water lines… things can go downhill FAST! ⚠️

This ice machine water pump took a beating when air entered the lines, causing the impeller to get completely destroyed.

Thankfully Jaime saved the day! He got a brand new pump installed and got this ice machine back up and running! 💪
