When the sewer to you home suddenly plugs up and you call Great Lakes Plumbing Services LLC to figure it out. Using a camera and safe machine to open so we can see the problem. We found a fresh fiber optic cable bored right through the sewer line. Just opening a drain line without a camera could result in hitting a gas line (death/ injury) or breaking a fiber optic ( more than I can afford) is a huge risk. We got them all patched up for the incoming guest.

It’s not always fun when you have to call a plumber to your home to fix a leak, unplug a sewer, repair a toilet or any of those things that sometimes happen.. It’s an unexpected expense and most people aren’t that happy about having to do it. Today working in Grand Rapids, a potential future customer sent this picture and said thank you for making them laugh and making them smile. it certainly made my day !
