The team at West Michigan Community Bank recently invited their staff in for a behind-the-scenes sneak peek of their newly renovated space before construction moves into Phase 2. We loved celebrating this exciting milestone by turning the first look into a grill out with the team. It was a great opportunity to share a meal together in their brand-new breakroom—which has already become a staff favorite!

Dirt is moving in Grand Haven! 🚜 Construction is officially underway on the new five-story Residence Inn by Marriott coming to the heart of downtown.

This project will bring much-needed lodging to downtown Grand Haven, connecting visitors to the shops, restaurants, and the waterfront that make this city so special. We're proud to help bring more energy to a community we love. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress toward a mid-2027 completion! 🏗️

JR Automation, from rendering to reality! 🎉 Side by side, you can already see how closely construction is aligning with the original vision for the JR Automation Global Headquarters. From the sweeping entrance canopy to the building’s striking angular façade, the design is quickly coming to life.

This is our integrated design-build process at work. Our Lakewood Architecture team designs alongside our construction professionals from day one, so what's on paper translates seamlessly into the finished building.

The headquarters building (pictured here) is on track for completion in spring 2027 — stay tuned as progress continues! 🤩 🏗️

Sneak peek! 👀 The Zeeland Board of Public Works office addition and renovation is almost complete! Take a look at these behind-the-scenes photos before ZBPW opens its doors to the public this week.

While navigating office flow challenges and space constraints in their main office, ZBPW recognized it was time for a change—one that would better serve both their team and the community. The expanded space brings smoother workflows, stronger safety measures, improved accessibility, and beautiful natural light. ☀️

Pre-cast walls are up at West Michigan International / K&R Truck Sales! 🚚 We're excited to expand WMI's footprint with this new build in Grand Rapids, MI. This building features two wings: an approx. 14,400 sq. ft., two-floor steel wing with offices and retail space, and an approx. 52,300 sq. ft., two-floor pre-cast wing built for 24 truck bays — supporting mechanics, body shop work, service, parts warehousing, and more. ⚙️🔧

Keep an eye out while driving past on US-131 to watch the progress take shape! 🤩

Strong women build strong communities 💪 Our Ladies of Lakewood spent the afternoon with Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity working on the finishing touches of the Vista Green neighborhood in Holland, MI. From mulching and weeding to raking and landscaping, our team worked to create a beautiful space before the homeowners moved in.

While women typically make up just 4.3% of on-site construction trade workers, Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity Women's Build encourages build sites to be at least 50% women, empowering women through hands-on experience, helping them develop construction skills, and giving them the opportunity to make a direct impact in our community.

West Michigan International / K&R Truck Sales's new facility is TRUCKING along! 🎉🚚
Steel is complete on the office portion, and the second floor has been poured. Next up: the second half of the building, featuring 24 bays dedicated to mechanics, body shop work, service, and more.
