Code enforcement was called to this property and said all violations must be corrected and that no permits have been pulled for this property in a long time.

Pretty much a good old fashion do over. New DWV, water piping, boiler, steam lines, 2 new water heaters.

Got a call that a water heater went bad, showed up and a vacant apartment in the basement had a plastic ice maker line let go… probably been leaking like this for a week. Could hear the water blasting through the walls… to bad I forgot to record kicking the door in 🤣

Tying in the water for a wall hung toilet. I would’ve preferred to not use so many 90s but the owner of this build originally spec’d floor mounted toilets then changed their mind after a bunch of Sheetrock was put up so ultimately this was all we could do.
