What a scare this was for the homeowner.
Thankfully no one was hurt. We went ahead and fixed this all up, and replaced all the skirting vents as well to prevent pest intrusion.

Check out this beautiful transformation of the patio & porch. We tore down that old vinyl soffit and installed this beautiful synergy wood in the barn wood finish.

Quick little 3 day project.
New vanity with new p-trap and turn valves, soffit light removal, new exhaust fan,new tile floor, all new fixtures, new switches and a new gfi, all drywall repairs and all new texture, we also put in a recessed light in the shower.

Here is some vinyl flooring the we just finished up that had previously been installed incorrectly but no worries. We got this homeowner all fixed up with new trim and custom built stair noses from the same material so that they match perfectly and don’t require and additional caps.
