Stephanie is a true rock star and an important part of what makes Gainey's such a great place to work. From keeping our plant clean, organized, and stocked to tackling tough jobs day in and day out, she does it all with dedication and pride. One of the things people appreciate most about Stephanie is her kindness. She's always checking in and asking how you're doing. Sometimes, you just need really big precast.

For PCL Industrial Construction Co.’s Duroc Power Plant project in Abilene, Texas, Gainey’s produced two massive headwalls designed for 36" pipe. Each headwall is approximately 11' x 16' and weighs around 15,000 lbs.

If you've ever wondered where all the details go to get double-checked, the answer is probably Hannah. Whether she's making sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed or jumping in to help wherever she's needed, she brings a level of care and attention that makes a big difference. It’s National Manufacturing Day!

When you think of manufacturing, you may not immediately think of precast concrete, but every precast product starts on the manufacturing floor. We build forms, place reinforcing steel into molds, finish, cure, and perform quality testing; a lot goes into every structure before it reaches a jobsite.
