Prior to being a full-time business this was the first kitchen, I mean entire house of cabinets 😳 Tom ever did but probably the reason why we own our custom cabinetry business today. This was when Tom did projects on the side after working his full-time job but also right when we started shifting gears from little projects like desks & tables to actual cabinetry. If it wasn’t for this project I’m not sure if we would have had the opportunity to show Toms potential of this size. It amazes me that at this point in time all Tom had to show for was, well, himself, and a couple of other small projects he had done. and someone still thought “He’s the one for the job”.
Blessed we got that project is an understatement.
All done in our 1 stall garage, cabinets stacked high to our ceiling.. in our living room because all we had was no room but we had a will and a dream behind us because we knew this was big for us and our gut told us there was more to come if we took this on. This project ended up being so perfect and is up there for one of my most favorite projects we have gotten the opportunity to do and I still like to show it off. 🥰
Sometimes I get on a little rant but it all still feels so surreal and I still like to reminisce on where it all came from because when I look back it’s like it all fell into place so perfectly, and I remember this just being a dream for us that we didn’t know if we would actually see it. Being a business owner is not for the weak, but I am so blessed I get to do this with my husband and that he gets to work right down the road from where we live now in his own shop, playing out that dream we wished and prayed for. & it’s all because of these amazing opportunities and people trusting us to be apart of making their homes a home 🥰
So anyways, dream big kids, trust your gut, take the risk, & send it 🤙
