The Standard in just secured $71.5 million in construction financing, a crucial step for this MHS Architecture-designed project. 💰

Located within the Villanova Site Redevelopment Area at 197 Avenue E on the former Villanova Catering Hall site, the 12-story building will include 250 apartments, along with approximately 1,950 SF of ground-floor retail and 227 parking spaces.

Our design features a contemporary façade combining brick on the lower floors with metal panels above, while a fourth-floor terrace will include an outdoor pool and additional amenities. Additional amenities include a nearly 8,000 SF rooftop deck, dedicated dog run, fitness and wellness center, coworking areas, lounges, and recreational spaces. Prestige Development's The Standard will add new housing and retail near the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail’s 22nd Street Station. 🚉

Last week we shared some renderings and details about the recent groundbreaking of One Eighty Ocean, a six-story oceanfront condo project in The City of Long Branch, NJ designed by MHS Architecture and developed by PV Condo, LLC, an affiliate of Kushner Companies. 🪏

MHS is excited to make our mark on The City of Long Branch, NJ. 🫆

Construction is officially underway at One Eighty Ocean, a six-story oceanfront condo project designed by MHS Architecture and developed by PV Condo, LLC, an affiliate of Kushner Companies, with ground being broken last week! 🪏

The building will feature 39 residences with two- to four-bedroom layouts, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a distinctive stepped façade that creates expansive private terraces while maximizing natural light and Atlantic Ocean views. Residents will also enjoy three levels of amenities, including an oceanfront pool deck, wellness and fitness facilities, and a rooftop Sky Terrace with outdoor dining and lounge areas overlooking the ocean. ⛵

We've reached the top! It's official. 50 Hudson Street in the City of Jersey City topped out earlier this week! 🏗

This marks a significant milestone for the second of this dual-tower, 50-55 Hudson Street waterfront development, with the footprint of each tower encompassing a full city block.

Designed by MHS Architecture for Tishman Speyer, 50 and 55 Hudson are two mixed-use residential towers transforming Jersey City’s waterfront skyline. Rising 41 and 57 stories respectively, the development will include nearly 2,000 residences, more than 74,000 SF of retail, and extensive resident amenities across 1.86 million SF. 50 Hudson will feature 924 apartments, while a 32,000 SF public plaza between the towers will connect residents and visitors to the waterfront esplanade. Together, 50-55 Hudson will bring new housing, retail, and public space to the Hudson Waterfront, shaping the future of . 💪
