This time of year everyone loves a good haunted house story, but the scariest things in a home usually have nothing to do with ghosts. Mold, aging wiring, trip hazards, and poor lighting can turn any house into a real hazard, especially for those wanting to stay safely in their home as they age.

It's one of the most common things we hear.

Please join us in welcoming Chris Schrier, our newest Site Manager at Pathway Design & Construction!

Chris brings more than 15 years of construction experience to our team. He began his career as a member of Carpenter's Union Local 30 in Renton and went on to spend seven years successfully running his own general contracting business. Before entering the construction industry, Chris served eight years in the U.S. Army as a combat veteran. His military service instilled the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his work on every job site today.
Originally from Texas, Chris has called Washington home for the past 15 years, including the last decade in Buckley. He and his wife, Jamie, are busy raising their four children and enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

When he's not managing projects, Chris enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing. He also coaches his youngest daughter's travel softball team.

What Chris enjoys most about his work is seeing a client's vision become reality, from the first day of construction through the final walkthrough. Helping homeowners transform their spaces and bringing their goals to life is what makes the work so rewarding.

We're excited to have Chris as part of the Pathway team and look forward to the experience, leadership, and dedication he brings to our clients and projects.
