Fiberglass Fabricator (Entry Level OK)

Pay: $15–18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM

About the Role
TCM Professional Fiberglass is hiring a Fiberglass Fabricator to join our small, hands-on production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with shop or power tool experience who wants to learn fiberglass fabrication in a real-world production environment.
Entry-level fiberglass experience is okay — we’re looking for someone reliable, motivated, and comfortable working with tools.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with fiberglass fabrication and general shop production
- Perform tasks such as layups, trimming, sanding, finishing, and basic assemble
- Use power tools and general shop tools safely and effectively
- Support a variety of projects — this is a wear-many-hats role
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Work closely with a small team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Fiberglass fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
- Power tool / shop tool experience required
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and jump in where needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Able to stand, move, and work with materials throughout the shift
Schedule & Pay
- $16–18/hour, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- No nights, no weekends
