Edward Kisiel, PE is an engineer who is passionate about his client's construction projects. He had hands on experience from a young age in the building industry because his dad was a builder. Edward graduated fro
m Strongsville High School and then received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Toledo University. He went on to get his Professional Engineering license and has worked on numerous engineering projects in Ohio, including the Cleveland Innerbelt Bridge. Even as he worked as an Engineer in the corporate world, he continued to build homes and had a passion for the building science behind construction and the architectural aspect of construction. Edward started building homes with his dad over two decades ago. Then over a decade ago, he took his professional and engineering experience and applied it to building his first home and has continued to do so ever since. In addition, he is constantly educating himself on the building science of homes to improve the quality and efficiency, while also pursuing his passion of architecture and the details of design. Angelica was born in New Jersey, and she too was born into a family that was in the construction business with her dad being a top finish trim carpenter. Her father, just like Edward’s dad, was an entrepreneur and had a successful carpentry business. Angelica grew up going on the job sites and eventually ended up assisting her dad in the office with the business side of things. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Geneva College in western PA, and then received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tampa. Edward and Angelica got married in 2011 and live in Strongsville, Oh. With Edward’s building experience and Angelica’s eye for design and business management experience, they created EKA Build. Edward and Angelica have two children, Edward III and Alexis. EKA Build is founded with a desire to glorify God and in that respect they strive to provide their customers with “quality you trust”. The company was created with a heavy emphasis on quality and to provide exquisite designs to the Ohio building industry.
