TOASTED MUD ~ CLOSED TODAY MONDAY 14th!
Due to an escalating series of Halloween figurine mishaps, the studio will remain closed while we attempt to restore order, dignity, and gravity.
Earlier today, a ceramic pumpkin tripped over a paint tray, slid across the floor, and knocked over an entire row of tiny skeletons—who immediately collapsed into a dramatic pile, then reassembled themselves incorrectly. We currently have one skeleton with three arms and a very confused pelvis.
Meanwhile, the witch figurines tried to “help” by flying (poorly) on paintbrushes, resulting in multiple mid air collisions, one emergency landing in the glaze bucket, and a broomstick lodged in the ceiling tiles.
The ghost figurines attempted to float, failed spectacularly, and are now stuck to the windows like festive jelly decals.
We will reopen once the pumpkins stop slipping, the skeletons stop rearranging themselves like a chaotic jigsaw puzzle, and the witches agree to stop filing flight related insurance claims.
Thank you for your patience during this period of slapstick seasonal nonsense. We will be ready to open on Tuesday 15th!
