ESS is looking for a low-voltage installer to work primarily in new construction:
* Wire for and install system components for low-voltage systems such as security, fire alarm, CCTV, telecom, and audio/video.
* Must have a basic knowledge of construction.
* Must know how to use tools such as a screw driver, hammer, wire strippers/cutters, level and power drill.
* Must know how to terminate cables, such as Cat-5/6 and coaxial cable, using tools such as a crimper and punch.
* Must have good organization skills.
* Must be able to manage job responsibilities using good judgment and with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to work with heights, such as with an extension or A-frame ladder.
* Must be able to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Must have a working cell phone.
* Only applicants with current work authorization will be considered.
