🌿 Sharing Horticultural Expertise with Our HOA Communities!

Today, Mauricio Flores of Pacific Landscape Management joined a panel of industry experts at the Willamette Valley HOA Resource Group in Salem, sharing best horticultural practices and helping HOA communities prepare for the upcoming fall and winter seasons.

From seasonal landscape maintenance to proactive planning, Mauricio shared valuable insights to help HOA communities maintain healthy, attractive landscapes throughout the changing seasons.

Additional panelists brought expertise in building maintenance, professional community management, and consulting, providing attendees with a well-rounded perspective on caring for their communities.

Meet Daisy—Brian Benedict’s four-legged sidekick and possibly the most enthusiastic member of the account management team at one of our large tech-company properties in Beaverton! 🐶🦺

If every team member showed up in the proper PPE and engaged with our clients as naturally as Daisy does, we’d be in great shape. She’s a wonderful reminder that dogs bring something special to the workplace: they help break the ice, strengthen connections, reduce stress, and make everyone’s day a little brighter.

Pacific University's Forest Grove campus is a lot of ground to cover: historic buildings, towering white oaks, and grounds that host everything from commencement to community events.

Todd Tracewell, Director of Facilities Management, can't walk every corner of it every day. That's where PLM comes in. Our crews do regular walks of the grounds and bring issues straight to Todd's team, often before anyone else would notice.

🌿 Right plant. Right place. And increasingly, that means looking to our native plants.

Native plants can be a beautiful addition to our landscapes while also providing valuable habitat and food sources for local bees, butterflies, moths, and birds. As our gardens begin to slow down for the season, many pollinators are actually settling in for the winter. Fallen leaves, standing stems, and undisturbed soil can provide important shelter and nesting habitat until spring.
