Do you have box gutters on your home? This is something you may want to check BEFORE they start leaking.

We recently completed another box gutter repair, and one thing we’ve noticed is that it can be surprisingly difficult to find contractors who will work on box gutters. Many roofing and gutter companies simply don’t specialize in them.

The problem is that waiting until a box gutter starts leaking can turn a gutter problem into a much bigger repair.

Because box gutters are built into the structure of the home, deterioration can sometimes lead to damaged wood, fascia, ceilings, walls, and other areas before the homeowner realizes what’s happening.

That’s why we’re offering free preventative box gutter inspections for local homeowners.

We’ll take a look at the condition of your box gutters, check for deterioration or potential problem areas, and let you know exactly what we find.

No obligation and no pressure to buy anything.

If everything looks good, great—we’ll tell you.

If we find something that could become a problem, we’ll show you pictures, explain what’s happening, and give you options to address it before it potentially becomes a more expensive repair.

If you have an older home with box gutters—or you’re not even sure what condition yours are in—comment “BOX GUTTER” below or send me a message, and I’ll get you scheduled for a free inspection.

A quick question for homeowners…

When was the last time someone actually got on your roof and inspected it?

After the March 13 windstorm, we’ve inspected a lot of homes where the owners thought everything was fine—until we found storm damage they couldn’t see from the ground.

Here’s something many people don’t know: a roof can have wind damage without leaking. Sometimes it takes weeks or even months before water makes its way inside.

Another common misconception is that if you file an insurance claim, you’re on your own. In reality, having an experienced contractor inspect and document your roof can help you better understand the condition of your home and provide information you may need if you choose to file a claim. Insurance companies make the final coverage decisions, but good documentation can make a big difference.

Think of it like an annual physical for your house. Most inspections end with, “Everything looks good.” But if there is damage, it’s much better to find it before it turns into a leak, damaged drywall, or mold.

If your home hasn’t been inspected since the March storms, we’re offering free, no-obligation roof inspections. We’ll get on the roof, take photos, check for storm damage, and give you an honest assessment. If everything looks good, we’ll tell you that. If we find something, we’ll explain exactly what we see.

If you’d like to schedule a free inspection, comment “CHECKUP” below or send me a direct message, and I’ll get you on the schedule.
