Drew A., William and Matt M. knocked out this Clintonville patio. We started this process over a year ago when the homeowners were planning a home addition. We advised that when the builder backfilled the foundation walls they do so with compacted #57 limestone rather than excavated soil to eliminate and avoid future settlement.
The homeowners chose to have dyed concrete steps poured and we installed 699 sq ft of Unilock Beacon Hill River Blend pavers with an Oberfields LLC Khaki Plymouth Soldier course border.
We also replaced 100 linear feet of treated timber wood gravel border with "Curb Style" Edington blocks buried 6" into grade with just 2" sticking up for #8 limestone containment.

Drew A., William and Matt M. wrapped up this Hilliard patio project a couple weeks ago.
We installed concrete footings for a pavilion we did not build or contract. We did install 616 sq feet of Unilock Beacon Hill Granite Fusion paver patio with a Gas Fire Pit. We also installed a grill wall and steps, 9 LED fixtures and small landscape beds around this one.
Grass is coming in nicely and off to the next one!

Craig, James, Alex and Alex Jr. wrapped up this Plain City project last week.
We built these clients last outdoor living space in Dublin 20 years ago, they moved to Carolinas for several years and returned for the sole reason to re-hire 9 Trees!
What a pleasure having the confidence of repeat clients!
We installed 267 face feet of retaining wall in Desert Sand color, with Cream color Bullnose coping. We installed 39 linear feet of Seat walls, custom 18" deep treads on the steps, and 715 sq ft of@oberfieldsllc Manhattan Supra Paver patio in Frost color.
Of course, we installed 15 Kichler Lighting LED fixtures in the steps and walls. We also made landscape beds along both sides of the home with future screening trees around the patio coming later.

Tommy, Eddie, Justin and Ethan knocked out this Hilliard Patio, Built-In Grill, Pavilion, Planting and Lighting Project last week. Fully Permitted with City of Hilliard as always.
We installed 687 sq ft of Unilock Beacon Hill Smooth River Blend, Edington Wall Stone Built-In Grill Cabinet with 47 sq ft of granite tops from our friends Perrotta's Marble Shop, Inc., 15 LED fixtures built in, gas lines run from Columbus Gas Pro, 14' x 16' Hip Roof Pavilion with ceiling fan, Wi-Fi lighting and GFCI protected outlets.
A short walkway allows access to the driveway and garage areas. We installed planting for future lateral screening.

Jason and Matt M. made some modifications to this repeat client's new home.
We dismantled a large fountain and poured a new footing for its new home.
We dug out the old fountain space to install proper base and new pavers for a hot tub.
We removed an old rotten cedar pergola and fence and replaced with identical design.
We repaired some Bluestone on the side of the upper patio. We repaired and added utilities for the drainage of new pavilion, gas lines to fire pit and built in grill, as well low voltage lighting.
We worked with our friends to install this 16' x 16' Two Post Pavilion attached to the house for new covered patio space, priceless!

Matt E., Hank and Marco knocked out this Dublin patio renovation. We removed a smaller brick patio to install this 18'x18' Hip Roof Pavilion, Built-In Grill Island with 110 sq ft of granite counters from Perrotta's Marble Shop, Inc. , two simple step sets with 18" treads on risers, and 685 sq ft of Oberfields LLC Driftwood color Manhattan paver patio. We, of course added Kichler Lighting LED lights in the steps and island.
Softened it down with planting. The Hornbeam trees and wood media wall should slow down the golf balls!

Patrick, B-Kin and Hector removed an old wooden deck and small paver to patio to install this Westerville New Patio Project.
We installed just 66 face feet of to hold up patio edge, install 1,055 square feet of Beacon Hill Fossil color pavers with Built-In Grill Island, 18 LED fixtures, Gas Fire Pit with lines run and hooked up by our friends Columbus Gas Pro , new 18" Deep Bullnose Steps, full planting and finally the 16'x18' Hip Roof Pavilion from with Full Wood Media Wall (TV Hang coming later today).

Shane, Tyler and Camron knocked out this Scioto Reserve Patio and Pavilion project last week. There was nothing existing and this back/side entry door faced the Tee Box of the adjacent Golf Course.
We installed 149 face feet of to raise the patio and keep moisture off the house, four sided retaining wall. We installed 355 square feet of Beacon Hill Flagstone in Sierra color with Cream color Plymouth Soldier Course. We installed a 17 foot wide storage island with 57 square feet of granite counters from our friends Perrotta's Marble Shop, Inc. under this 12' x 16' Hip Roof Pavilion.
We installed Seat Walls and Lighting for evening ambiance.

Grass seed is coming in nicely and another super satisfied client.

Matt E., Hank and Marco wrapped up this Muirfield front entry renovation. We removed old concrete and clay brick veneer on the entry steps. We built Non-Weathered Versa Lok Risers with 18" deep Oberfields LLC Silver Mist Bullnose Treads, just 299 square feet of Manhattan Frost color walkway with Charcoal Jamestown Soldier course, adjusted a little planting and added 15 LED fixtures in the steps and to up light the home.

Tommy, Justin, Eddie and Ethan wrapped up this Built-In Grill Island and patio expansion. We built the patio and pavilion in 2022, walkway addition in 2024 and now added the grill island.

We built 73 face feet of retaining wall to support the addition as the lawn slope is falling away. We installed 43 linear feet of stone cabinet. We brough gas and electric utilities in with our Gas Pro, we set appliances and had our friends Perrotta's Marble Shop, Inc. set the countertops.

The bullnose on the steps is in fact the same color, could be time for a Clean and Seal on the old patio to help it match the new work.

Nice work guys! We know add on jobs are harder than starting from scratch.
